Steve Preston

Operations Manager

Steve has held senior management positions in some of the largest providers of repair and maintenance in the country. As Operations Manager he leads the APS team and is driven by ensuring a customer focused delivery approach that provides outstanding service and value. With importance placed on the health and safety of both customers and workforce, Steve will be looking for high standards of excellence and customer service during the works.

Glenn Richmond

Planned Works Delivery Manager

Glenn is a vastly experienced operational manager with significant construction and refurbishment knowledge he has gained over many years working on large scale contracts for a variety of clients including major local authorities and housing providers. Glenn manages the delivery team and appointed subcontract partners ensuring day to day control and performance targets are met. Glenn enjoys meeting our customers and ensuring the service standards being provided are in line with expectations and is always happy to receive feedback to make sure continual improvement is driven forward.

Helen Garbutt

Resident Liaison Officer

Helen has provided outstanding customer service and client interface on a number of large intensive planned works schemes, whether it be kitchens, bathrooms, community heating schemes, sprinkler installs or full external insulation modernisation schemes. Helen has delivered for customers time and time again. We hope our customers will appreciate Helen's empathetic approach along with her ability to identify any issues early and work collaboratively to resolve them. Helen takes pride in personally visiting our customers and keeping them fully informed of the improvement process.

Kelly Johnston

Administrator

Kelly provides the foundations for the team to work effectively, keeping the office matters of the business moving while providing support to the management and delivery teams. Kelly has a background steeped in customer excellence from her days in customer service management along with experience in working with communities and driving social value initiatives forward within organisations. Kelly’s approach of hard work coupled with care and understanding signifies the delivery ethos of APS.
